updates to my address book often do not change the pull-down list available
when I want to sent an e-mail message. I contacted a "Microsoft professional" through your one free query program but was totally put off: He contacted me with an answert that came nowhere near to the problem I posed; I then tried to e-mail him two or three times but could not raise a response. Should I try to through good money into that kind of help and try again on my own nickel? I think not. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
