create folder in a shared contacts list
I have set up exchnage server 2003. Everything has been running fine for the
past 6 months. In the begining, I created a dummy user in active directory called master list. I used this user for all of the other users to share the contact list in outlook2003. Hence the name "master list". I am not sure if this was the proper way to go, but it has worked fine until recently. All of the users that have been modifying the contacts from the shared "master list" contacts have asked if the could create sub folders in the master list contacts. I guessed that if they have been moddifying/adding contacts all along, then why not? For the life of me, I cant figure it out. Any ideas?
