Dear Outlook Experts.
I have a question concerning the WebPage field on a custom form for contacts. The form contains the WebPage field on a multi-page control (2 pages: company and private). When the FileAs field contains a value and a user then toggles twice between company and private, Outlook crashes and has to be restarted. When I replace the default field for the webpage by a simple textbox and connect it to the webpage field afterwards, the error does not occur. But unfortunately, that textbox then doesn't support the nice hyperlink features anymore (although it adds "http://" automatically)! Does anyone know what causes the problem and how to fix it? I'd really prefer to use the default field (from the field list) because of the hyperlink features. -- Regards and thanks in advance, Wolfgang |

What do you mean by "toggles twice between company and private"?
What version of Outlook? FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...rogram_f orms -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Wolfgang Kais" wrote in message ... Or does "program" not necessarily mean "code"? -- Regards, Wolfgang |
