Default I want to change where my contacts are saved

Outlook 2003 appears to be configured to save all new contacts to my Contacts
in my Personal Folder. I want to be able to right click on an email address
and select the "Add to Outlook Contacts" option but have the contact added to
my Exchange contact list. Can the default location be changed to allow this?
