Default Email address book back up and import

I have Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. I'm trying to back up my 317 email
address so i don't loose them when I go to my new computer. I know in
outlook you can EXPORT, and IMPORT them and all content. I'm trying to do it
with Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 and having a hard tiem can anyone help me?
