That's exactly what Categories was design for. You can then use the By Category view of your Contacts folder, select all the names in one category and choose Actions | New Mail to Contact.

This would allow me to email a group based on different criteria. For Example your sibling may belong to multimple groups. Friends(All), Friends(Toronto), Family. I am constantly creating dirstribution lists and it's time consuming. |
