I can't print a received message in outlook express

I can't print any messages that I receive from outlook express when I click
the print button I get the following message.
Routine Error has occurred do you wish to debug Line 2019.It gives me two
options yes or no it does not matter which one I select I can not print out
the message.
The only way I can is to copy the e-mail to a word document and then print it.

Ask in an Outook Express newsgroup. This isn't one.
