The mail I am sending is coming back undeliverable because there are too many
contacts in the distibution list. How can I create a list 1 and a list 2 by splitting them without inputting 50% of the names again? Thanks |

You've posted yet another example of why you should not use DL's. Use a mail
merge instead. DL's cannot be easily divided. If for some reason you think you still need to use them, you must copy them to another folder and edit them there. Delete entries from one. Create a new DL with the rest. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "mb" wrote in message ...
