Default Bespoke Contact Form

I designed a new contact form with an extra tab etc for our company to use
and it's been working perfectly under different versions of Outlook (2000,
2002).

However, a couple of machines now have Outlook 2003 which won't open the
form. Message reads "The custom form cannot be opened, an Outlook form will
be opened"

Is there any way I can open these forms under 2003? Can I redesign somehow?
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Is this a published form? Try clearing the forms cache on the problem machines.

You can also try publishing it from Outlook 2003. Use an .oft file saved from an earlier version and open it with the Tools | Forms | Choose Form command.

I'm hoping I may have resolved the problem. I recreated the form from a 2002
machine and re-published with a different name. I then deleted the old form.
I can now open this under Outlook 2003. Not sure for how long!

Thank you so much for your help
