Hi,
I'm sure this question has come up before, but searching through I couldn't find exactly the answer to my query. I run a small business, and I'd like to find a way of sending regular set mails to my contacts and distribution lists using Outlook. These mails already exist as word documents (although it's easy to change the format into something else) and at the moment I have to manually copy and paste on at the time I want to send them. Is there a way of automating this process? I have seen it's possible to get software that'll send one single mail repeatedly at scheduled times, but I have a series of 26 mails I'd like to send at one week intervals. Is it possible to do this? All help gratefully accepted. Thanks Stephen P. |

Thanks for that. This will certainly be useful for scheduling the
mails. The next question is: can set one "rule" to send out a series of mails, i.e. this week mail 1, next week mail 2, the week after mail 3, etc. At the moment it looks like I have to set each mail up individually. Shame! Thanks in advance, Stephen |

Instead, it sounds like you need to use a scheduler external to Outlook. -- Brian Tillman |

OK. Thanks again. I'll look into it.
