Default Using templates for Outlook contact "actions", ie: new fax to...

I am looking for info on how to set up word templates to be available in
Outlook's contact entries. For example, using our office's letterhead form
by clicking "New letter to contact" in an Outlook right-click menu for a
contact. Is this possible without an in-depth programming exercise?

New Letter to Contact invokes Word's Letter Wizard. If you store your ..dot file in the same Templates folder as Normal.dot and give it a name that includes the word "Letter," it should appear in the wizard under the "Choose a page design" list.
