Default No "Reply action" on Actions tab

I've been reading thru these posts trying to find out how to get the form to
appear in the reply. A couple of MVP answers mention going into the Design of
the form, clicking on Actions and then choosing a form from a "Reply action"
option. When I click on Actions I only have "New Mail Message" available.
What magical little thing do I need to do to make the Reply available?

Sounds like you're looking at the Actions menu, while the other posters were referring to the (Actions) tab visible on any form that is in design mode.
