Clarify your post. I doubt it is accurate.
What, for example, do you mean by "primary address book?" Outlook does not have an address book. It has Contact Folders. State how the address book service is configured. State the information store. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Jason" wrote in message ... Hi, I have a user who gets a different dialog box when they use the "Find a Contact" search feature in Outlook 2003. After tyoing in a name and pressing enter, most users seem to get a "Choose Contact" dialog, he gets a "Check Name" dialog. It also only finds contacts in his primary address book. I have tried rebuilding his profile, re-installing Office, and creating a profile on a new machine. Any idea how to get the "Choose Contact" dialog back? Thanks, -J. |
