Starting a few days ago, I cannot add or edit a telephone number in
existing Outlook 2003 contacts. When I enter a phone number in an existing entry the digits appear VERY slowly on the screen. When I tab to the next field the phone number does not reformat (add parentehses etc.) like it normally does. When I save the entry, the phone number does not save. I can create a new contact entry with phone numbers just fine. I seem to be able to change all other fields in existing entries just fine. Any suggestions are welcome. Right now I have to create a new entry for a person to change a phone number. Thanks, Tom |
