Can I create an email template which always has same sender and same
recipient instead of the usual: new|fill in sender|fill in recipient? Body message will always be different. |

What do you mean by "fill in sender"? The sender will always be the person sending the message. You never have to fill that in. A draft item can by an empty message with a recipient already filled in. Forward the draft, entering the subject and body. -- Brian Tillman |

Turn off WordMail as your editor. Create a new message. Enter data in the To and From fields. Save it as an .oft file. You'll be able to run that file any time you need it.
