OUTLOOK 2000 PHONE DIALER PROBLEM AFTER CRASH AND RECOVERY
After a computer crash and recovery (the registry may have been corrupted and
then recovered) my phone dialer seems to be adding my home area code before dialing the correct number. No correct numbers are being dailed now. Previosuly the phone dailer worked fine How do I correct this so that the phone dailer works again.

Not an Outlook issue. Outlook simply invokes the Windows dialer. Ask in a

You are right, it is a Windows dialer issue. But you fail to address the
fact that the dialer worked perfeictly beofre but not now. NO dialer rules have ever been created. Are you saying that I should use rules as a work-around rather than fixing the underlying problem?
