Outlook address book should be alphabetical by last name, not 1st

Default Outlook address book should be alphabetical by last name, not 1st

Sending email and using address book should be sorted by last name not first.
Use changes to order should be designed in.

Default Outlook address book should be alphabetical by last name, not 1st

This is not a suggestion. It is a request for instructions.
Go to Tools E-mail accounts View or change existing directories or
address books Outlook Address Book Change. Set your sort order there
