Default International area code

Hi gentlemen,

When i enter a phone number the + disapear.

The format needed +33 1 23 45 67 89

I can do +33 (1) 23 45 67 89, but it is not accepted by my phone.
00 33 1 23 45 67 89 but the operator doesn't like it.

How can i stop the verification when i leave the field.
