Default CardScan

I use CardScan to scan business cards. I have synchronized with Outlook.
The field mapping shows that card images are being synchronized, but I do not
see any card images in Outlook Contacts. Is there an option that I needed to
turn on (in CardScan or Outlook)?

No, Outlook's importer doesn't import images AFAIK.

I have others in my office that use CardScan. They get the front and back
images imported into Outlook and visibile in Outlook when they do a
synchronization. I do not. What can be the difference between the two
situations? We are all on Windows XP Pro and Office 2003 Pro.

I have no idea. You might want to ask CardScan, since it sounds like it's their software that is performing the synchronization, not Outlook.
