Put birthdays etc from address book into calendar automatically
Is there a way to automatically put birthdays, anniversaries etc. into the
outlook calendar from the information already saved in address book properties? Can a notification also be set up? (ie 10 days before a b-day or anniversary?) Thanks the Ghiadoc

The Address book is not in play at all with calendars. The Contacts folder
is. Adding a contact with a birthday or updating a contact's information to include the birthday will place the birthday on the calendar with your designated default reminder attached. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
