Default Can I display contacts in small window at bottom left of Outlook

In an earlier version of Outlook Express it was possible to have a window
open displaying contacts. Mine was in the bottom left and was not too wide
but I could scroll through it and send a new email by double clicking on a
name. This brought up a new message window.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Assuming you are asking about Outlook, no. If you're asking about Outlook
Express, ask in an OE group.

No version of Outlook has ever had that feature. It's unique to Outlook Express, which is a completely different program.
