Default stopped plus net account, changed default, no one receive newslet

I built my distribution list for sending newsletter to students,I did send
it a few times and it was fine. A few weeks ago I changed provider. That was
not a hotmail account but a normal one. It was my default account and when I
sent my newsletters some came back because some people changed email adress
or else. When the account was closed with plus net, nothing went in my inbox
ever again. Now 2 days ago when I sent my newsletter using my hotmail account
that I made default. It seemed to have gone. But in fact nobody received
anything. How do I get my inbox to become active again using my hotmail
account for it? Do I need to say somewhere that I changed server? and How?

Nobody uses Distribution Lists in Outlook because they don't work and cannot
be updated.
Nobody tries to use hotmail with Outlook because it doesn't work unless you
have a paid premium account.
Did you research what you were doing before you did it? All of this
information is widely available.

Russ,
My name must be "nobody." "Nobody" uses 16 distribution lists to send a
newsletter to 1,484 recipients. The reason for multiple lists is to stay
below my ISPs daytime limit of 150. As far as updating, all new additions
after upgrading from Office 2000 to 2003 will update (Ctrl+w) with no
problems.

You are one of the lucky few.
The "Update Now" button almost never works for most users. Also, DL's are
very fragile and often become corrupted. They rarely survive transfer to
another installation.
