I open Address Book. There are no entries. Entries are all under Contacts.
They are listed by first name, last name. For the purpose of finding the "To"
for e-mail I want the names listed by last name, first name. From reading
previoius messages it appears I am confusing Outlook Address Book with
Outlook Contacts. Can you direct me to a help source to get specific
instruction for fixing this problem ?
Outlook 2000 SR1 in Office 2000 Std. and Windows XP Home ED.
