Default Here's a strange one : Outlook 2003

Dear All,

Can anyone help with the following query.

We're using Outlook 2003 with MS Exchange Server 5.5

On my O2k3 client I can resolve names by entering eg: John Smith or Smith,
John in the "To" field.

Some of my users can only resolve by using eg: Smith, John (this being our
default display name on our mailboxes). They cannot resolve by John Smith.

I've mirrored my settings on their clients but it's made no difference.

Any ideas please ?

Thanks

I've seen it reported countless times. It's a bug with cached Exchange mode.
