Default Address book update

Within our company, we're looking for a manner to allow all users to update
their own email properties - i.e. location, phone, etc. within Outlook.
Unable to locate how/where to do such. Any recommendations?

I use an Exchange environment as well, and the Exchange admins sent a URL to
which we could connect to change some of our own GAL data. I'll see if I
can track down the method for you.
