Why can't I find contacts in Outlook Web Access?
When I open the Contacts folder the list of contacts is displayed. If I
select a contact I can then get that address displayed in the 'To' space of a new message. My problem is that to enter other addresses on that message (without laboriously typing them in) I need to use the Find Names facility and it seems incapable of finding any name - it keeps saying 'No entries were found'. I don't know what GAL stands for! "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: What happens if you open the Contacts folder in OWA? OWA searches the GAL by default.
