Default Contacts & distributionlist

I'm using Outlook 2010. I'm using the contacts and the distributionlists. Is there a way to see of which distributionlist a contact is a member.
I've contacts who are member of various distributionlists. When I remove this contact from the contacts I've to process all distributionlist to remove him from this list. If I can see of which lists he's a member saves me time!
Thx
