Followed the "create a new email" but it didn't populate the To, CC or Bcc. In the past, I know I have been able to find the category, then highlight the members to add them to the distribution list, but I can't remember how. Any ideas? It seems so backward to try to send an email and then copy these people over to a distr list. Also, WHY doesn't someone at MS come up with a way to "add members" to a distr list by showing their category? Also goofy to me.... Thanks for pearls of wisdom from the trenches! Rita Did you use a By Category view or search for the category? If you searched, you need to select all, then use new message to contact. If you use By category view, you need to select just the category header. http://forums.slipstick.com |
