How to organize many overlaping categories and search.

To creat categories and sub categories. To be able to group similar types of
business or contacts under one main category and divide into seperate groups
or categories below the main.

O.K., I'm not sure what the question is here.

You can assign one or more categories to any contact. You can use the "By
Category" view or arrangement to group those items by categories. You can
even filter to hide or show certain categories.

Have you tried assigning categories to contacts?

What version of Outlook are you using?
