Cannot access contacts when composing e-mail messages - differ

The saftey and functionality of my e-mail is the most important issue and if I was to lose that I would have to fold my business.... Why wouldn't microsoft point this issue out before I spent $ on an upgrade... Oh, wait... This is a complete pain, and now my $200 upgrade to 7 is going to cost $300 once I call my IT guys... Thanks to ms for another productivity sucking issue. Creating a new profile has NO effect on any existing data whatsoever. However, in ALL cases backup first, just in case you are the first person ever to which creating a new profile DOES affect your data...
