A user of mine is a delegate & can "send on behalf of" & when they have to
send email they have to go into that person's contacts list & send to. After they send it however it does not want to save in the autocomplete cache. Is it possible it's reaching max recipients? "Russ Valentine" wrote: You are confusing two different features of Outlook. You are using autocompletion, which has nothing to do with your Contacts. It only uses a cache of your last 1000 recipients (in Outlook 2003) or 2000 recipients in current versions. If you want to use your Contact list, you should be using autoresolution, not autocompletion. After you type the letters in the To: field, hit Ctrl-K to resolve against your Contacts and bypass your autocompletion cache. -- Russ Valentine "Clark" wrote in message ... I use Microsoft Office 2003, after typing the first letter of a contact when sending an email only contacts used that day come up, how do i set it so all contacts with that first letter come up???? . |
