Hello,
I've had to delete my profile and create a new one, then import my old .pst file. All of my mail came in fine, BUT: My contacts/address books is empty. Address book is enabled; under start-account settings-address book, 'Outlook Address Book' is displayed; and I am selecting my contacts list first from the Address Book window. Also, my Outlook Address Book and Contacts selections from the tool-address book dialog window are empty. I have pored over forums dealing with contact list problems, and nothing has worked. Any suggestions/ideas? Thanks in advance! |

You have very probably corrupted the profile AGAIN. Create a new mail profile and then OPEN the pst file within Outlook - do NOT import it. |

Do you see the contacts if you view the contacts folder?
Rather than use import, you should have just opened the pst in the new profile and se it as default. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Do you sync your mailbox with a smartphone or pda? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=39473 "patricio2626" wrote in message news ![]() Hello, I've had to delete my profile and create a new one, then import my old .pst file.
