Trying to copy address book or contacts to another computer (Netbook) without
any success. Help

No wonder. There is no such thing as an address book in Outlook, so there
would be nothing to copy. As for transferring Outlook data, those instructions are posted here daily. Read them. What you've tried and what hasn't worked remains a complete mystery, so no one could even attempt to help you.
