Try starting Outlook with the resetnavpane switch;
Start- Run; outlook.exe /resetnavpane -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "Craig F" Craig wrote in message ... We have a user who is the delegate for several calendars, when she ticks the box for one of her superiors to view the calander it opens as normal. When she unticks the box the calendar closes as normal, however the name of the superior dissapears but the tickbox (unticked) remains. when trying this in safe mode the problem is no longer an issue. However no addins are shown as disabled. So my two questions a Has anyone seen the dissapearing calendar labels issue before? Apart from the addins in outlook being disabled what else is disabled in safe mode? Thanks |
