No experience with iTunes and the only bad stuff I have heard about has
something to do with calendar/contact sync and iPods.

This started about a week ago. I am starting to suspect that it may be
iTunes. Have you had any experience with iTunes causing problems with
outlook? As soon as I can get onto the client's computer, I am going to see
if there are any add-ons that may be changing the messages.

server is experiencing a problem with his messages in the Inbox only. All
messages coming into his Inbox are being marked as read after a variable
amount of time. I have witnessed the change anywhere from 5 minutes after
receipt up to 30 minutes. I have both the auto preview and reading panes
turned off.
