outlook backup tool won't install i outlook 2007
I installed it at one point. I have been having trouble syncing with my
iphone. Somehow in the process it disappeared, so i downloaded the file (pfbackup.exe) again.It will not install. the process tells me it exists in my system and asks me to uninstall and reinstall which I do. It will not reinstall. Anyone have a solution?

Thank you very much for replying. However, I have tried everything you listed with one exception and still nothing worked. The advice in paragraph 3 is not compatible with what I see in my Outlook subdirectories. So I am ready to uninstall the whole Outlook 2007 and be content to use my Iphone/Google setup.
