For some reason, I am unable to change my received e-mail format.
I go to the format menu from inside of the e-mail and the options to select the type of format are grayed out. Where can I set this up to work correctly? |

Sorry, this is Outlook 2002. Open the message, click EditEdit Message and then format types should be active. -- Brian Tillman |
