Cant send Messages Using Outlook & Yahoo POP3
Is this a paid Yahoo Mail Plus email account? Free Yahoo accounts cannot be
used with Outlook, only the paid Yahoo Plus accounts will work. Instructions for a Yahoo! Mail Plus account are he POP Yahoo!
