Can anyone answer the following two questions please. I have hunted high and
low through theMicrosoft sites and can fin absolutely NOTHING that even vaguely resembles the issues I am trying to resolve. 1) When trying to access the print options or page setup in Outlook I get an error message saying that it cannot access the page. Although everything work perfectly well in all the other Office programs! 2) Does anyone know any method by which the default layout print template for the weekly calendar can be changed to look more like that of the Calendar in Office 2003. The one currently in use in 2007, is absolutely hopeldess. It is difficult to read, and I cannot find any way in which it can be changed, doctored or adapted. I cannot change the style or size of the text, nor the table line layout to look more like the calendar seen on screen!!!! Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance. -- Izast1 |

Hi Diane,
Many thanks for your response. Unfortunately the responses do not resolve the issues. Re 1): still cannot acces the page setup or printer dialogue box from Outlook, and the Calendar Print Assistant does not have the style I need. I need the same or similar to that of Outlook 2003, and the new assistant does not have one like that - not that I have found yet!!! But thank you for taking the time to respond. I will continue my search!! I will not be beaten! Best regards............... -- Izast1 "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: 1. Start with office diagnostics. 2. You want the weekly planner viewer that is 2 columns? There is a week list
01 template. It's the best you'll do unless you use a utility. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp - the word templates are worth a try first. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Hi Diane,
Again, many thanks for the response. I'm a driving Instructor and use Calendar for ALL my weekly work. WHat I'm trying to get ios similar to the Long week on the Print assistant but on ONE page not two. I need something thast will show on Portrait layout, hours fromn 0700 to 2000 and seven days on one page. The long week on the Print Assistant is ideal, but NOT over two pages!! I have still not managed either, to resolve the issue of not being able to access any of the dialogue boxes in relation to page setup, printer setup, or desfine styles when my printer (Philips Crystal 660) is installed, although I can from Access, Excel Power POint or Word!! Most curious! I have unistalled the printer which is accessed via a wireless link, cleaned out everuthing I can finf that relates to it, and re-installed it, but still have exactly the same problem. Can access the dialogues from the other programs, but NOT Outlook! I'll find a way eventually! Any other suggestions would be appreciated - thanks. Best regards...... -- Izast1 "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: You want the weekly planner viewer that is 2 columns? There is a week list 01 template. It's the best you'll do unless you use a utility.
