Default OUTLOOK DOES NOT ADD MY SIGNATURES

Dear Sir,
I've configured according to "help" to have Outlook 2007 add my signatures
automatically for new messages and replies.
Unfortunately it is not doing so.
Even if I pick "signatures" in "new messaes"drop down box it does not add
them.

Please help
