Outlook 2003 - No Send/Receive Button
I have down loaded a bunch of security patches and other required downloads
and it reset my outlook and removed my email setup. I reentered everything three times after reading all of the help and threads and the test works fine. still not able to send on close and have no send/receive button

I have done that three times, I am at the point where I want to repair Office
