Default how do I configure outlook 2002 to not have images appear as red x

How do I get Outlook 2002 to show images in email that is sent and received?

We have an employee who has Outlook 2002 and when she receives an email with
a screen shot, a logo, or other image, the image just appears as a red box. I
know how to make the change in Outlook 2003, but we have some folks who have
not, or do not wish to upgrade. I've looked through options, and the tools
menu, but can't find a solution; any thoughts?

Thanks,
Jeff

There is no such option in Outlook 2002. When the pictures do not show up in
Outlook 2002 it means that there is a corruption either on the system or in
the message that has been sent.

Hi - I just came across this post ... and I don't know how to do it in 2003
(other than deleting the temp files periodically). Is there a way to have it
automatically purge/remove the older files so the users don't every see the
red X?

Thanks!
Michelle
