Hello!
We are experiencing an issue where "used cached exchange mode" is greyed out on a Windows XP SP2 pc with Office 2003 SP3 installed. We are using a group policy setting (user policy) that dictates that cached mode is enabled. Can you tell me what the salient settings are needed to get cached mode to become available? I can log in (i am workstation admin) and the setting is enabled, however when a normal user logs in they cannot, despite the fact they have admin access to the pc. |
