Outlook 2003 Add-in Error message
Every time I open Outlook 2003, I first get the following error message:
"The add-in "C:\Program Files\SpamBlockerUtility\Bin\4.8.4.0\Redemption.d. .." could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu." I have run Detect and Repair, but the error message persists. I have confirmed that the folder "C:\Program Files\SpamBlockerUtility" in the error message does not exist on my hard drive. I checked ToolsOptionsOther tabAdvancedAdd-in Manager & COM Add Add-Ins, and confirmed nothing is listed in either place. Can anyone provide advice on how to get rid of this error message? ~Thanks! -Jen;-)

Locate extend.dat and rename it to .old.
