Install Junk Email Filter update fails
I have been unable to install the update KB951476. I first tried to use the
automatic update function--to no avail, and then downloaded the file office2003-KB951476-FullFile-ENU.exe and tried to install from that. No success. Any suggestions--short of re-installing Windows XP Pro? This is the sixth time I've had difficulty with the Junk Email Filter file update. However, up till now I've been able to at least install the update manually. What gives? -- Telly.LII
