Transfer e-mails and contacts
My registry became corrupt (maybe a virus) but I am able to get to the data.
Where are the Outlook e-mails and contacts stored? I need to tranfer them back in once I re-format my hard drive.

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
