Each time the computer is turned on, I cannot sign into Outlook. I have to
go to Tools/Email Accounts/Change and re-enter my password, even though the remember this password box is checked. I am running XP,Outlook 2003, and Business Contact Manager Update for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. I downloaded Oulook connector to link my Hotmail Live account to Outlook. I ran the Detect and Repair feature from both Outlook Connector and the Control Panel for Office 2003, Outlook Connector, and Business Contact Manager. The following message appeared when detecting and repairing Office 2003: "A required installation file SKU1CA.CAB could not be found" I inserted the Office 2003 Installation CD as required. I received a message that the SET-UP was successful. Nothing else happened. I was expecting an installion wizard after the set-up complete message. Also, I removed and re-installed Connector and Business Contact Manager. Same thing, I cannot login once I turn off the compuer and turn it back on. I would appreciate your assistance in correcting this problem. Thank you for your time. Toes |
