Default Error message when trying to save an appointment

I have Vista on a new desktop but am running Outlook 2000. I've just
installed it and am now trying to set my first appointment. When I hit Save
and Close it says and error occured while trying to open the address
book-Unable to find the WAB-DLL. What in the world does this mean? How do I
fix this? I'm hoping that this is not a Vista-Outlook compatability issue.

Help!
Thanks,
Leah
