Default How to Reconfig Outlook

After a power failure, my computer "insisted" that I re-install MS Outlook.
Fortunately, all my data is saved, but the format is now in vertical columns
and I want my old layout of all new emails in the upper right corner, with a
view window of individual emails down below. Could anyone advise me of how
to reconfigure Outlook to return it to its' earlier format?

Thank you.
