I have botched the install on Outlook 2007, and cannot seem to recover. I am
running Windows Vista Basic, and it is a new install. I have been using Outlook for many years. I need to configure Outlook for MS Exchange. I downloaded the software (not an upgrade) from my Exchange provider. The install did not go well, and now I cannot open Outlook. I have un-installed and reinstalled, several times. I went to the registry and removed some data that comes up every time I open Outlook -- that was the true server ID and my mbx name. That was not successful. I think I need to "completely" remove outlook, but do not know how to do that. If there is a better recommendion, I am all ears. Otherwise, can you assist me with how to completely remove, in order to begin the installation again? |
